At My Disciplined Mind, I help people build stronger bodies, develop stronger minds, and create lives that reflect their values.

What begins in the gym often becomes something much bigger. Training teaches discipline. Nutrition teaches responsibility. Consistency teaches patience. Over time, those lessons extend far beyond physical transformation and begin shaping how we lead, communicate, show up for others, and navigate life's challenges.

I work with people who know they're capable of more; not because they're broken, but because they've become aware that they're meant for more than simply going through the motions. Together, we create structure, build sustainable habits, and develop the self-awareness necessary to make meaningful change.

This isn't about perfection.

It isn't about becoming someone else.

It's about becoming more of who you're capable of being.

Because the strongest thing you'll ever build isn't your body.

It's your character.

Losing 40 pounds has completely changed my life, but it never would have happened without Adam's guidance.
